What is the Donate system?

Organizations use us in their fundraising efforts. 50% of the sign-up cost is sent to the organization.

How does it work?

On the sign-up page there are radio buttons next to names of organizations.

- If the user clicked-through from the organization's website, the button for that organization will automatically be selected.

- If the user browses directly to the sign-up page, they can then select the organization's name from the list.

Then what happens?

Our database tracks orders by organization. Every 60 days an email is sent to the organization with a list of all orders for the preceeding 60 days. Funds from those orders are then deposited directly into the organization's bank account.

How do we know if we are getting all the credits we deserve?

We encourage each organization to submit orders directly each period. You will know the total number you submitted. The organization can then audit those orders which will be found in the total order list. We have no idea if an order came in through a fundraising event, where you count all the new signups, or randomly over the web.

How can we submit orders directly?

Hold a fundraiser where you have a computer with internet access. Smartphones work too. Make sure people select your organization's button when ordering. Count the number of signups so you can audit the end of period results.
